Payment terms, milestones, and fee structures will be clearly defined in the project agreement. Delays in payment may affect project schedules and service continuation.
All designs, drawings, 3D renders, and creative materials remain the intellectual property of Gravity Space Design unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
While we strive for precision and excellence, we are not liable for unforeseen circumstances, third-party delays, regulatory changes, or site-related challenges beyond our control.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, project details, and proprietary concepts throughout the engagement.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
